Do you sell insurance?
No. ADVERTO MEDIA INC is an independent consultancy and referral service. We are not an insurance company, agent, or broker, and we do not sell, underwrite, or bind policies. Any policy you purchase is issued directly by a licensed, third-party insurance provider.
Do I pay you anything?
No. Our consultations are provided at no cost to consumers. There is no fee, retainer, or subscription, and we never collect or process insurance premium payments of any kind.
How do you make recommendations?
We ask about your vehicles, drivers, and priorities, then explain which coverage types and features are typically relevant to situations like yours. We describe trade-offs rather than telling you what to buy, and the final decision is always yours.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. Nothing we provide constitutes insurance, legal, or financial advice. Our information is general and educational. For advice specific to your circumstances, consult a qualified licensed professional.
Will you give me a quote or a price?
No. We do not generate quotes, prices, or premium estimates. Pricing is determined solely by the licensed insurance provider based on their own criteria.
What information do you ask for?
Only your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and a description of what you would like help understanding. We never request Social Security numbers, bank account details, or card numbers.
What happens after a consultation?
If you would like to move forward, we point you toward licensed, third-party insurance providers. From that point, the application, issuance, and any payment arrangements happen directly between you and that provider.
Am I obligated to buy a policy after speaking with you?
No. There is no obligation at any stage. You are free to end the conversation, take the information with you, or work with any provider you choose.
Do you share my information?
We use your contact details to provide the consultation you requested and, with your consent, to connect you with a licensed insurance provider. Our Privacy Policy describes this in more detail.
Can you help me understand a policy I already have?
Yes. We can walk through the structure of a declarations page — coverage types, limits, deductibles, and exclusions — so you understand what your existing document says.
